These guys are theives.. They have not Closed my CD upon my instructions and calling them many times… They are in credit crunch and desparately need money from all the world out there.. so I will not open a CD or any money account with them till death…that’s my opinion and commitment…

paca – while I’m perfectly willing to forgive an error or two, there IS a breaking point. My experience with Indymac has resulted in error after error after error, including ultimately giving me the wrong rate!

No, I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect competence. At the very least, I don’t expect to fight with a bank for A MONTH to simply open a CD.

guys, guys!…if one error makes a person or a company an incompetent then we all are in the same level.
get mad, try to fix it and never do business with them again but please…
your bad experience does not mean they do all things wrong.
i am not saying they are the best bank, but i have worked for the the best rated bank and they made huge mistakes with peoples acounts and they are still doing great !! so take care of your own business unless you are asking for help or advices go public…
